Maple Syrup
Turn the Paleto Forest into a sugar shack. Drill trees, hang sap buckets, gather firewood, boil syrup in a portable evaporator and sell it at the sawmill.
STG Maple Syrup turns the Paleto Forest into a sugar shack. Players buy their gear at the Paleto Bay sawmill, drill the trees, hang sap buckets, gather firewood and boil the sap down to syrup in a portable evaporator, then sell the bottles back to the market.
Features
Tree drilling
Drill the tap hole yourself in a short minigame while the camera moves in close to the bark.
Sap buckets
Each tap fills its bucket over time while you work other trees. The sap level rises inside the bucket and a marker shows when it is full.
Portable evaporator
Place it anywhere in the forest, load the firebox and watch the sap turn to syrup. Bottle it before it burns.
Firewood
Firewood pickups are scattered across the forest and respawn in a new spot, or buy wood at the market.
Sawmill market
Buy the gear and sell your syrup at the Paleto Bay sawmill, paid in cash or to the bank.
Nothing gets lost
Taps, buckets, sap and evaporators left in the world are returned to the owner's inventory after a disconnect or restart.
