Download the script

Sign in to the Cfx.re portal with the account you used at checkout and download stg-billings from Granted Assets.

Move the resource

Extract the zip and place the stg-billings folder inside the [STG] category folder in your resources directory.

└── [STG]/
    ├── stg_lib/
    └── stg-billings/

Install the dependencies

Billing System needs ox_lib, oxmysql and stg_lib. Skip this step if your server already runs them.

Paid invoices go to the job's society account, so your society resource must be running too: esx_addonaccount on ESX, qb-management on QBCore and QBOX.

Import the SQL

Import [SETUP]/stg_billing.sql into your database. It creates the stg_billing table that stores every invoice.

Choose the billing jobs

Only the jobs listed in STG.Jobs in stg-billings/config.lua can create invoices and open Society Invoices. The default is police. Add the jobs you want, for example:

STG.Jobs = {
    police = {
        Label = "LSPD",
    },
    mechanic = {
        Label = "Mechanic",
    },
}

See Billing jobs for details.

Start the script

Make sure [STG] starts after your framework, oxmysql and ox_lib in server.cfg:

ensure oxmysql
ensure ox_lib
# your framework: es_extended, qb-core or qbx_core
ensure stg_lib
ensure [STG]

Then restart the whole server.

Keep the folder name stg-billings. With any other name the menu cannot talk to the script, and the server console keeps asking you to rename it.

Nothing happens or the console shows an error? See Common Errors.
